Pantone named Living Coral the color of the year for 2019 and it pairs perfectly with weddings! I had the privilege of creating a TV segment on the trend for Today in Nashville last month with some incredible Nashville Bride Guide vendors! From the hair and makeup to the bouquet and even a signature drink, we got the coral flowing on set! Billie-Shaye Style was there to capture all the behind the scenes moments! See more from our day below!

Living Coral Wedding Trends

3.21.19

The way to incorporate Living Coral into your wedding is to do it sparingly. One way you can do this is through fun lounge furniture! This chair from Spark Vintage Rentals is the perfect mix and match vintage piece to make your guests feel comfortable. Adding in a pop of coral here is so fun!

As for attire, another way to incorporate the color is to have your bridesmaids wear hints of coral in their dresses. This Jenny Yoo dress found at Bella Bridesmaids in Green Hills shows this trend since prints are now in style along with mix and match.

For your flowers, again, subtle is key! This bouquet is from LMA Designs and she really has a creative way to incorporate the color very subtly pairing it with neutrals and other soft pastels. The boho trend in florals is huge and LMA does a great job with this.

Makeup is another way to give more peachy tones like this look from La Belle Glam. Dewy and natural is so in! It gives a fresh faced look without feeling like you have too much makeup on.

And finally, having a super fun coral cocktail for your signature drink like this Pretty in Coral drink from The Aero Bar will be a huge hit wth your guests. They bring a really chic vintage camper to your wedding and let you name your signature drink - it's something unique to you that your guests will enjoy. So let's have a cheers to coral weddings!

Thanks so much to Today in Nashville for having us on the show! And let's also give a huge shout out to Billie-Shaye Style for the amazing photos! You can see the full segment HERE and also check out the vendors who were a part of the show in the Nashville Bride Guide Vendor Directory
