Rebecca: The Main Hall – The main hall can accommodate up to 300 guests at a seated banquet or 400 guests at a cocktail reception. The Barn’s main hall is 3,500 sq ft of open space with 45 ft ceilings. The ballroom is lined with the barn’s natural wavy cedarwood, but the stunner is the 8 ft wide crystal chandelier. This custom creation was handmade and assembled onsite. It is truly breathtaking.

The gorgeous views of the 2-acre lake create a beautiful backdrop for any event. This space a beautiful for smaller guest counts for ceremonies and/ or cocktail hour.

The Sycamore Veranda – The sycamore veranda looks out onto the century-old sycamore tree and has a 65-inch TV perfect for a slideshow presentation. It also features stunning vaulted ceilings and an 8-foot wide fan to keep your guests cool and comfortable. This is also a beautiful rain option for the ceremony if the ceremony cannot be done on our ceremony island, or if you are looking for an inside vision with an outside feel. This is our stunning, primarily cocktail hour area.

How can brides utilize the island area at Sycamore Farms?

Rebecca: We call this island, ceremony island. It is used mostly in the spring and summer months as a ceremony location. This space can accommodate 400 seats for a ceremony comfortably, but still looks great with a smaller guest count. This island can be used anyway you like. It is surrounded by a 2 acre lake flowing with large fountains. It would be a great for a ceremony, cocktail hour, entertainment space for yard games, or another place for a bar where your guests could mingle.

What are some unique ways to seat your guests in the large open area of the barn?

Rebecca: Whatever your vision, we can make it happen! Setting in our Main Hall is totally up to you and depends on your guest count.

How would you suggest utilizing the patio area of the barn?

Rebecca: This is our stunning, primarily cocktail hour area. This is also a beautiful rain option for the ceremony or if you are looking for an inside vision with an outside feel. A great place for a photo booth or other fun activities.

Are there any popular seating arrangements you’ve seen this wedding season?

Rebecca: Yes, our venue is glamorous but keeps a rustic feel. Farm tables have been a great décor main feature for a bride and groom or head table. This rustic element under the 9ft chandelier is stunning.
