An Elopement Styled Shoot at The Cool Springs House by Swak Photography | Styled Shoots & Trends

SwakPhotography DSC0426 low

As of late, weddings have become a bit more casual and I love this laid-back vibe! Which is why I was head over heels when I saw this styled shoot from Swak Photography. The team of wedding professionals decided to style a bride and groom eloping at The Cool Springs House. The inspiration begins with the beautiful couple eating an intimate breakfast together, a first look, a sweet private ceremony, a dessert reception and one of the most lovely getaways in a vintage car! Mixing vintage inspiration with modern elements is one of my favorite aesthetics, so I SO hope you enjoy browsing through these photos for inspiration – and be sure to stop and read all about Carrie + team's inspiration behind the shoot below!

From the photographer, Carrie of Swak Photography: A wedding planner friend of mine and I saw a need to help inspire couples with images on an intimate elopement ceremony set in a bed and breakfast style venue. We love the sweetness of the two having breakfast together enjoying in the giddiness of what the day will hold! They enjoy tasty homemade scones and biscuits with coffee and laughs. Once they got ready separately we brought them together for a “first look” and then to the ceremony inside the house adorned with romantic floral wallpaper. After the ceremony, “i do's” , and cake cutting we went into some portraits of the two. To finish it all off they exited in a shower of fresh flowers and a sweet vintage car! All in all our goal was to make this shoot seem sweet, simple, and do-able by just about any bride on a limited budget and small to no guest list. We hope you enjoy!
